Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible project management experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years supporting federal healthcare programs.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or federal healthcare agencies preferred.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Healthcare Administration, or Project Management preferred.
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification preferred.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex healthcare modernization projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules tracking systems development and implementation readiness.
- Integrate project schedules with enterprise Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
- Oversee testing strategy development, including integration, end-to-end testing, and readiness assessments.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent Payer EDI modernization initiatives.
- Perform task prioritization, dependency tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide weekly executive reporting on project progress and system readiness.
