Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline preferred.
- 2-5 years of project management experience within utility-scale solar, renewable energy, power generation, or heavy industrial construction.
- Strong understanding of utility-scale solar project development and EPC execution.
- Demonstrated experience in contract administration and vendor management.
- Working knowledge of transmission and interconnection processes.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality management practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to travel to project sites and work in outdoor construction environments.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Development team to manage the transition of projects into EPC execution.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Lead procurement activities, including bidding, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Oversee construction execution, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, lenders, and project owners.
- Manage project commissioning, energization, and the transition into long-term operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, interconnection agreements, and PPAs.
