Requirements
- 1+ years of Project Management or relevant experience
- Demonstrated track record of leading small-scale projects from start to completion
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proactive attitude with the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a drive to learn media project types and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working on Agency of record healthcare projects/accounts for pharma brands (preferred)
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage media projects across multiple brands with training and oversight from managers
- Support the Project Management department with day-to-day workloads
- Learn to lead projects and manage project finances
- Identify team needs and position them for successful project execution
- Recognize project interdependencies and share relevant inputs across projects
