Requirements

  • 7+ years of ecommerce leadership experience, ideally in high-growth CPG or DTC.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue and improving conversion, AOV, and LTV.
  • Deep experience with Shopify and modern ecommerce tools.
  • Strong background in CRO, merchandising, and customer journey design.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, creative, and operations.
  • Systems thinking ability to understand interactions between pricing, promotions, site experience, inventory, retention, and acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Own ecommerce performance metrics: revenue, conversion rate, AOV, acquisition efficiency, retention, and profitability.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey from site navigation and product discovery to checkout and post-purchase flow.
  • Drive merchandising strategy, including bundling, subscriptions, promotions, and product presentation.
  • Partner with marketing, retention, creative, and operations teams to align on growth initiatives.
  • Build scalable systems to improve acquisition efficiency and customer LTV.
  • Maintain oversight of website architecture, UX, and technical performance within the Shopify stack.
  • Identify friction points and implement initiatives to move key performance metrics.
