Requirements
- 7+ years of ecommerce leadership experience, ideally in high-growth CPG or DTC.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and improving conversion, AOV, and LTV.
- Deep experience with Shopify and modern ecommerce tools.
- Strong background in CRO, merchandising, and customer journey design.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, creative, and operations.
- Systems thinking ability to understand interactions between pricing, promotions, site experience, inventory, retention, and acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Own ecommerce performance metrics: revenue, conversion rate, AOV, acquisition efficiency, retention, and profitability.
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey from site navigation and product discovery to checkout and post-purchase flow.
- Drive merchandising strategy, including bundling, subscriptions, promotions, and product presentation.
- Partner with marketing, retention, creative, and operations teams to align on growth initiatives.
- Build scalable systems to improve acquisition efficiency and customer LTV.
- Maintain oversight of website architecture, UX, and technical performance within the Shopify stack.
- Identify friction points and implement initiatives to move key performance metrics.
