Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, specifically with Shopify and paid social.
  • Proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands past $20M.
  • Demonstrated ability to own revenue and profitability targets.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, and Shopify CMS.
  • Background in bundles, upsells, and LTV optimization.
  • Ability to write and review high-converting landing pages.
  • Experience leading a fully remote team with clear weekly operating rhythms.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with experience managing P&L.

Responsibilities

  • Scale Shopify and TikTok Shop to $20M+ in combined revenue within 18 months.
  • Manage P&L, strategy, and operational systems for Shopify and TikTok Shop channels.
  • Execute paid traffic strategies, including testing 100+ ad creatives weekly across Meta and TikTok.
  • Launch and optimize bundle-based funnels to improve CVR, AOV, and CAC.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing through email and SMS using Klaviyo and Postscript.
  • Direct and coach a cross-functional ecommerce team of 6+ members.
  • Deliver weekly performance scorecards and monthly strategic growth plans.
