Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, specifically with Shopify and paid social.
- Proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands past $20M.
- Demonstrated ability to own revenue and profitability targets.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, and Shopify CMS.
- Background in bundles, upsells, and LTV optimization.
- Ability to write and review high-converting landing pages.
- Experience leading a fully remote team with clear weekly operating rhythms.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with experience managing P&L.
Responsibilities
- Scale Shopify and TikTok Shop to $20M+ in combined revenue within 18 months.
- Manage P&L, strategy, and operational systems for Shopify and TikTok Shop channels.
- Execute paid traffic strategies, including testing 100+ ad creatives weekly across Meta and TikTok.
- Launch and optimize bundle-based funnels to improve CVR, AOV, and CAC.
- Lead lifecycle marketing through email and SMS using Klaviyo and Postscript.
- Direct and coach a cross-functional ecommerce team of 6+ members.
- Deliver weekly performance scorecards and monthly strategic growth plans.
