Requirements
- 5+ years in a senior sales, partnerships, or growth role at a retail FX/CFD broker.
- Deep personal network across SEA—IBs, affiliates, trading communities.
- Based in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, or Indonesia).
- Fluency in English required.
- Ability to operate under a reverse solicitation framework.
- Experience thriving in early-stage, high-autonomy environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the SEA go-to-market strategy across key markets.
- Build and manage Introducing Broker (IB), affiliate, and partner networks across the region.
- Drive direct client acquisition through reverse solicitation channels.
- Represent MarketsVox at industry events, expos, and through local networks.
- Feed market intelligence directly to the CEO and CCO to shape product and pricing decisions.
- Lay the groundwork for future regional hires as the business scales.
