Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of FDI work experience.
- Proficiency in English (written/spoken).
- Proficiency in Mandarin (written/spoken).
- Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in business development and investment attraction.
- Leadership competencies including strategic thinking and change management.
- Technical skills in business planning, project management, and risk management.
- Analytical thinking and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for attracting high-value qualified investment leads.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of investment prospects from key sectors.
- Generate high-value qualified leads through proactive outreach and cold calling.
- Manage the initial lead generation process for new targets and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the Investment Development team for qualified lead progression.
- Identify and engage with relevant decision-makers in target markets.
- Initiate and conduct introductory meetings with potential investors.
- Organize and manage DMC meetings and in-market trips.
- Develop team budgets, travel calendars, and operational requirements.
- Build strategic relationships with multipliers to enhance investment referrals.
