Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or communications.
  • Proven track record managing creative teams, including designers, social media, content, or video specialists.
  • Experience leading reputation management or brand defense strategies in regulated or scrutinized categories.
  • Experience building content programs across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics, social listening, and brand tracking tools.
  • Advanced writing and editing skills, including experience with technical, regulatory, and sensitive content review.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting strategy and results to senior leadership.
  • Marketing operator mindset with ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution.
  • Experience in financial services, legal, telehealth, behavioral health, or veteran-serving organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own REE Medical’s brand management end-to-end, including positioning, voice and tone, visual identity, and brand standards governance.
  • Lead agency relationships in brand alignment, content management, and editorial planning.
  • Partner with Marketing team members on cross-channel content including SEO, landing pages, and lifecycle email programs.
  • Evolve brand standards and documentation to ensure consistent application across internal and external partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.
  • Manage internal and external creative resources for quality and performance.
  • Lead reputation management framework, competitive reputation defense, and proactive advocacy.
  • Ensure all published content is culturally appropriate and respectful of veteran service and VA disability claims.
  • Develop performance reporting for leadership and contribute to board-level marketing updates.
  • Support crisis and sensitive communications in partnership with Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams.
