Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, healthcare, or related field (MBA/advanced degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, product management, or related strategic function (6+ years with advanced degree).
- Demonstrated experience managing product lifecycles and developing product strategies.
- Proven experience executing go-to-market initiatives and global launch strategies.
- Proven project or program management experience leading complex, multi-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of market segmentation, value proposition, and channel strategy.
- Ability to conduct customer research and translate insights into product requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and presenting to leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, rehabilitation, prosthetics, or orthotics preferred.
- Familiarity with medical device regulations, reimbursement, or CMS processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies for lower-limb product lines including prosthetics and orthotics.
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, pricing, reimbursement, and clinical insights to inform investment.
- Translate user needs and clinical insights into clear market requirements and product priorities.
- Lead go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, positioning, launch planning, and sales enablement.
- Coordinate launch readiness across Sales, Marketing, Clinical Education, and Operations.
- Monitor performance metrics, revenue outcomes, and customer feedback for optimization.
- Design and lead voice-of-customer initiatives, including clinician and patient feedback sessions.
- Develop commercial tools including marketing briefs, messaging strategies, and training materials.
- Manage product line budgets and support financial planning via ROI analysis.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
