Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products with measurable impact.
- End-to-end product ownership experience from ideation to iteration.
- Experience in conducting user interviews and analyzing behavioral data.
- Strong alignment with Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) framework.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making using product analytics tools.
- Experience with Pendo or similar user tracking tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from frontline staff to executives.
- Collaborative approach to working cross-functionally.
- Leadership capabilities to drive alignment and execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage Jira epics and stories to support engineering and design teams.
- Ensure 90% of roadmap features are delivered on time.
- Lead the planning and execution of user research.
- Determine future product features for H2 2026 and beyond.
- Achieve a 40% customer survey result as a benchmark for product-market fit.
- Analyze cross-app product data to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Gather and analyze direct customer feedback to prioritize the roadmap and drive sales and retention.
