Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Monetization, Product Strategy, Strategic Corporate Intelligence, or Tech Management Consulting.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring direct reports.
  • Demonstrated track record of building market intelligence frameworks.
  • Experience designing and executing multi-tiered SaaS packaging and pricing models.
  • Deep, hands-on experience running quantitative willingness-to-pay research.
  • Expert-level understanding of B2B SaaS unit economics, including LTV, CAC, Net Revenue Retention, and ARPU.
  • Experience developing discounting guardrails and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales Operations to analyze win/loss data for actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor global hospitality tech trends, macroeconomic shifts, and buyer behavior to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Establish a framework for continuous competitive analysis regarding product, financial health, and M&A activity.
  • Execute win/loss research in partnership with Sales Operations to drive product and pricing adjustments.
  • Own the design, execution, and optimization of pricing models and feature tiering strategies.
  • Conduct quantitative research, such as Conjoint Analysis and Van Westendorp modeling, to determine willingness-to-pay.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations to establish discounting guardrails and sales enablement tools.
  • Synthesize market data to provide strategic input for the R&D roadmap.
