Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in enterprise project management leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Experience in designing, testing, and deploying integrated solutions.
- Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and deployment best practices.
- Proficient in implementation best practices and creating repeatable processes to drive KPIs.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly detailed in maintaining internal and external documentation.
- Strategic thinking with ability to anticipate issues and risks.
- Proven experience developing and implementing new processes and operational best practices.
- Ability to solve complex technical and operational problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing aspects of product launches for design partners, acting as the primary point of contact and project manager.
- Oversee technical and operational aspects of partner integrations and support internal team enablement.
- Review and approve custom Statements of Work (SOW) in consultation with Solution Engineering.
- Serve as a bridge between Customer Success and Product teams to ensure effective product launches and updates.
- Develop and refine processes for onboarding, customer feedback loops, and internal playbooks.
- Manage project charters and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Success, Risk, and Support.
- Maintain comprehensive internal and external project documentation.
- Engage with technical stakeholders to solution, document, test, and deploy integration workflows and configurations.
