Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in enterprise project management leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Experience in designing, testing, and deploying integrated solutions.
- Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and deployment best practices.
- Proficiency in implementation best practices and creating processes that drive KPIs.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly detailed with focus on maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
- Strategic thinker with ability to anticipate issues and risks.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing new processes and operational resources.
- Ability to solve complex technical and operational problems.
- Financial, FinTech, or HR industry experience is preferred.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or consulting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing product launches for design partners as the primary point of contact and project manager.
- Oversee technical and operational aspects of partner integrations and support internal team enablement.
- Consult with Solution Engineering and manage sign-off for custom Statements of Work.
- Serve as a liaison between Customer Success and Product teams to ensure effective product support.
- Develop and refine processes for onboarding, feedback loops, and internal playbooks to enhance scalability.
- Manage project charters and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Risk stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive internal and external project documentation.
- Provide project updates to executive management and facilitate client-facing steering meetings.
- Negotiate customer requests against system capabilities, business impact, and timelines.
- Ensure accountability for revenue attainment on new logo bookings.
