Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in the DACH and Eastern European region.
- Several years of IT or IT security expertise.
- Experience working with channel partners and distributors.
- Experience managing high-volume commercial teams.
- Strong skills in people leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Ability to promote and support modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Baseline Selling).
Responsibilities
- Achieve team sales targets, KPIs, and business goals.
- Drive new logo and expansion growth through pipeline management.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and customer/partner satisfaction.
- Support the team in daily operations and remove blockers.
- Promote effective use of sales tools like Salesforce, Clari, and Copilot.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Coach and mentor the sales team to drive high performance.
- Deliver QBRs and present business updates to management.
