Requirements

  • Several years of leadership experience in the DACH and Eastern European region.
  • Several years of IT or IT security expertise.
  • Experience working with channel partners and distributors.
  • Experience managing high-volume commercial teams.
  • Strong skills in people leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Ability to promote and support modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Baseline Selling).

Responsibilities

  • Achieve team sales targets, KPIs, and business goals.
  • Drive new logo and expansion growth through pipeline management.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and customer/partner satisfaction.
  • Support the team in daily operations and remove blockers.
  • Promote effective use of sales tools like Salesforce, Clari, and Copilot.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team to drive high performance.
  • Deliver QBRs and present business updates to management.
