Requirements
- Several years of team leadership experience.
- Strong working experience in 2-tier channel business.
- Experience with partner portals, contracts, onboarding, and partner business plans.
- Proven experience working with partner, customer, and internal C-level executive contacts.
- Background in Sales Operations and process optimization.
- Experience working in a commercial IT environment.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to understand and forecast recurring revenue models.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and PowerBI.
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of Channel Account Executives (CAEs) in the allocated region.
- Execute channel-sales and go-to-market strategies.
- Achieve bookings quota and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Develop key partners and promote growth in next-gen solutions, particularly Cybersecurity as a Service.
- Ensure 100% adherence to partner programs, including certifications, renewals, and business plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Inside-Sales and the enterprise team.
- Identify market requirements and represent Sophos at key industry events.
