Requirements

  • Several years of team leadership experience.
  • Strong working experience in 2-tier channel business.
  • Experience with partner portals, contracts, onboarding, and partner business plans.
  • Proven experience working with partner, customer, and internal C-level executive contacts.
  • Background in Sales Operations and process optimization.
  • Experience working in a commercial IT environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to understand and forecast recurring revenue models.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and PowerBI.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of Channel Account Executives (CAEs) in the allocated region.
  • Execute channel-sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Achieve bookings quota and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Develop key partners and promote growth in next-gen solutions, particularly Cybersecurity as a Service.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to partner programs, including certifications, renewals, and business plans.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Inside-Sales and the enterprise team.
  • Identify market requirements and represent Sophos at key industry events.
