Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in sales development, business development, outbound prospecting, or a related commercial role.
  • Previous experience within SaaS, technology, or startup environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Proven ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and communicate value effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and ambitious growth objectives.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong motivation to achieve targets and continuously improve performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, outreach campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Curiosity and interest in technology products, with the ability to quickly understand technical concepts and business applications.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to work cross-functionally with different teams.
  • Availability and willingness to travel within Europe when required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers across multiple industries and target markets.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through a variety of channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, business needs, and decision-making processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through structured follow-up and nurturing activities.
  • Utilize sales technologies and prospecting tools to manage outreach efforts, track engagement, and optimize performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities within CRM systems.
  • Monitor pipeline metrics, lead progression, and campaign performance to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to refine ideal customer profiles, improve targeting strategies, and provide market feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitive trends, and emerging technologies to strengthen prospecting effectiveness.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations that help improve sales processes, outreach approaches, and go-to-market initiatives.
