Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or sales-adjacent role.
- Proven background in healthtech, medtech, SaaS, or regulated B2B environments.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect into complex organizations and engage executive decision-makers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong discovery, qualification, and objection handling skills.
- AI-native mindset with experience using AI tools for research and outreach personalization.
- Fluency with GTM tools such as Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Outreach.
- Strong process discipline and CRM management skills.
- Experience with cold calling and navigating gatekeepers.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research target accounts across providers, insurers, and pharmacy networks using account-based strategies.
- Execute personalized outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Leverage AI tools and product signals to scale reach and prioritize outreach.
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct structured discovery conversations to assess pain points and urgency.
- Manage the handover of qualified opportunities to the BD team with clear context and next steps.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and report on pipeline activity and forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing on ABM campaigns and contribute to the development of sales playbooks.
