Requirements

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on research experience in wet-lab or research environments.
  • Demonstrated ownership of experimental workflows (e.g., assay development, protocol optimization, data analysis).
  • Experience working in biopharma companies, CROs, CDMOs, or research centers (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing role involving regular outreach and live demonstrations.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outreach to scientific, quality, manufacturing, and training teams via calls, emails, and 1:1 product demos.
  • Drive JoVE adoption by delivering product awareness and training sessions.
  • Grow engagement and usage by delivering presentations at industry exhibits, conferences, webinars, and onsite customer visits.
  • Support subscription renewals through smooth implementation and ongoing engagement.
  • Engage with key decision makers to align activities with strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted scientific partner to understand and support client research workflows.
  • Influence product decisions by communicating customer feedback to internal teams.
