Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of hands-on research experience in wet-lab or research environments.
- Demonstrated ownership of experimental workflows (e.g., assay development, protocol optimization, data analysis).
- Experience working in biopharma companies, CROs, CDMOs, or research centers (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing role involving regular outreach and live demonstrations.
- Self-driven, results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outreach to scientific, quality, manufacturing, and training teams via calls, emails, and 1:1 product demos.
- Drive JoVE adoption by delivering product awareness and training sessions.
- Grow engagement and usage by delivering presentations at industry exhibits, conferences, webinars, and onsite customer visits.
- Support subscription renewals through smooth implementation and ongoing engagement.
- Engage with key decision makers to align activities with strategic objectives.
- Serve as a trusted scientific partner to understand and support client research workflows.
- Influence product decisions by communicating customer feedback to internal teams.
