Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or Customer Success roles with a strong focus on expansion or revenue growth, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Pipedrive or similar platforms for pipeline management.
- Strong ability to conduct value-based negotiations and connect product features to customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, direct, and high-impact messaging.
- High energy, strong sense of urgency, and ability to manage a high volume of interactions and short sales cycles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance and processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace and SaaS environments.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to share insights across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain an active expansion pipeline, ensuring CRM data accuracy and structured follow-up across all opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations focused on simplifying complexity and clearly communicating business value to customers.
- Lead negotiation processes, handle objections, and guide customers through the full expansion and closing cycle.
- Build trust in the product by clearly setting expectations, helping customers understand capabilities, limitations, and real use cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between customer needs, product positioning, and expansion strategies.
- Support continuous improvement of sales and CS processes through customer insights and market feedback.
