Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning projects with a focus on SAP IBP implementation.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP IBP support experience if no full life cycle implementation experience.
- Life cycle implementation experience on SAP IBP modules like Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory and S&OP.
- Proficiency in SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and Control Tower.
- Technical knowledge in solution designing, technical integration, and development activities for SAP IBP.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and synthesizing data for various audiences.
- Willingness to travel to client locations for workshops and training.
- SAP APO experience and SAP IBP certification are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work on end-to-end Supply Chain Planning Digital Transformation Programs from process template definition to implementation.
- Participate in project delivery throughout Design, Development, Testing, Training and Hypercare.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design efficient supply chain processes within SAP IBP.
- Implement and customize SAP IBP modules to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical issue resolution, maintain knowledge management repositories, and optimize test suites post-go-live.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and optimize data flow between SAP IBP and other enterprise systems.
