Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive.
Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
Competency in sale, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity work.
Experience handling freehold and leasehold property transactions.
Strong affinity for digital technology and smarter working practices.
Passion for delivering high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

Manage residential conveyancing files including sales, purchases, remortgage, and transfers of equity.
Handle both freehold and leasehold property transactions.
Deliver exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process.
Utilize the MyEden case management system for daily operations.
Set and manage personal legal fees for introduced clients.
