SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead Consultant

Lead the SAP PM workstream on S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or conversion programs.
Own solution design decisions for end-to-end plant maintenance and asset management processes.
Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of PM scope across project phases.
Manage dependencies and risks across PM, EAM, and integrated SAP modules.
Act as the primary SAP PM trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
Lead executive-level discussions on maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and S/4HANA roadmap.
Translate complex business challenges into scalable SAP S/4HANA PM solutions.
Drive fit-to-standard and process harmonization discussions using SAP best practices.
