Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in search advertising (Google/Bing).
- Experience managing lead generation, conversion, and acquisition campaigns.
- Proven experience with multi-account management.
- Strong performance mindset and analytical skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of Spanish market trends and experience with Spanish and international clients.
- Proactive, creative, and data-driven approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Eager to work and interact with an international team.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-budget advertising campaigns (+100k$/month) on multiple platforms, primarily Meta but also with Google and Bing.
- Track and analyze performance metrics including revenue, margin, and quality across a portfolio of 20-25 clients.
- Harness data to continuously improve campaign quality, volume, and revenue.
- Test, learn, and iterate on new use cases to refine advertising strategies.
- Work with Sales and Marketing-Operations teams to build and operate acquisition funnels.
