  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to adapt tone for various audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience developing messaging frameworks or brand voice guidelines.
  • Experience planning and executing launch communications or go-to-market programs.
  • Strong project management instincts with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Familiarity with partner or channel ecosystems like resellers, referral partners, or ISVs.
  • Experience writing for partner portals, email platforms, or enablement systems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a partner messaging framework and brand voice guidelines.
  • Lead partner communication strategy including newsletters, announcements, and enablement campaigns.
  • Manage and audit content for the partner portal, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
  • Create partner enablement assets including playbooks, one-pagers, and presentation decks.
  • Coordinate launch communications and strategy across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
