Requirements

- Experience within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to adapt tone for various audiences.
- Demonstrated experience developing messaging frameworks or brand voice guidelines.
- Experience planning and executing launch communications or go-to-market programs.
- Strong project management instincts with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Familiarity with partner or channel ecosystems like resellers, referral partners, or ISVs.
- Experience writing for partner portals, email platforms, or enablement systems.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a partner messaging framework and brand voice guidelines.
- Lead partner communication strategy including newsletters, announcements, and enablement campaigns.
- Manage and audit content for the partner portal, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
- Create partner enablement assets including playbooks, one-pagers, and presentation decks.
- Coordinate launch communications and strategy across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
