- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, process management, offer negotiation, and closing for Junior to VP level searches.
- Hire across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, Operations, GTM, and G&A, with Product & Engineering roles as your core focus.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, coaching them on hiring best practices and interview strategy.
- Use market insights and compensation data to guide decision-making and shape competitive hiring strategies.
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines.
- Drive and support recruiting projects and cross-team projects (examples of projects ahead of us: new ATS launch, employer branding initiatives, interviewer training, dashboarding, AI tools launch).
- Maintain a consistent, candidate-first experience across all touch points.
