Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience working with students who have education needs.
Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
Strong virtual instruction skills—comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's career pathway, technical skill level, and unique learning profile.
Create structured lesson plans that align with career cluster standards, workforce readiness goals, and preparation for relevant industry certifications or technical credentials.
