Requirements

  • Strong virtual instruction skills—comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's career pathway, technical skill level, and unique learning profile.
  • Create structured lesson plans that align with career cluster standards, workforce readiness goals, and preparation for relevant industry certifications or technical credentials.
  • Adapt instruction in real time based on student engagement, project-based milestones, and practical troubleshooting.
  • Track student progress and communicate effectively with families, schools, or vocational program coordinators regarding skill mastery, portfolio development, and career readiness.
