Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in hands-on technical roles (Solutions Architecture, Systems/Sales Engineering, Performance Engineering, or Technical Marketing).
- At least 3 years of experience working on AI/ML infrastructure, storage, or data platforms.
- Strong systems and infrastructure skills including Linux, networking, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with distributed storage or data systems.
- Ability to design and run benchmarks with reproducible, well-documented results.
- Ability to build test harnesses and write scripts/automation.
- Strong technical writing skills for architect and platform-engineering audiences.
- Hands-on familiarity with S3 API and object storage.
- Experience with GPU-accelerated AI infrastructure, RDMA networking, GPUDirect Storage, or DPU-based data paths.
- Familiarity with modern AI inference frameworks (e.g., vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM) and KV cache behavior.
- Background in customer-facing technical roles like technical pre-sales or developer relations.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and validate reference architectures for real AI and analytics environments.
- Plan, run, and document benchmarks across AIStor and MemKV, ensuring results are defensible and repeatable.
- Build reproducible demos and proof-of-concept environments covering the AI pipeline.
- Validate and document integrations with the AI infrastructure stack, including inference frameworks and GPU-accelerated platforms.
- Create technical blogs, deployment guides, solution briefs, and hands-on labs for architects.
- Collaborate with partner technical teams on joint validation and co-engineered solutions.
- Develop technical enablement assets and provide field support for sales engineers and account teams.
- Present technical architectures and demos to customers and integrate field feedback into product development.
