Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- Full-stack development experience building modern SQL/NoSQL database-backed web applications.
- Experience with microservice development and distributed systems architecture.
- Proven experience operating as a principal or lead architect for a major product domain.
- Hands-on experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle (planning, specing, execution, and maintenance).
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring engineers and establishing design patterns.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical groups.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the overarching Technical Individual Contributor Leader for the entire Provider organization.
- Partner strategically with the Senior Director to define the technical roadmap.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards across all teams within the Provider domain.
- Drive high-impact initiatives spanning the entire development lifecycle from planning to maintenance.
- Influence engineering direction and product strategy through cross-functional collaboration.
- Mentor engineering team members and review architectural designs.
- Establish consistent design patterns and best practices.
