Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Proven track record in sales of B2B SaaS, software, or IT solutions.
  • Experience presenting and negotiating up to C-level.
  • Fluent Spanish and very good English skills.
  • Excellent rhetorical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment with personal responsibility.
  • Willingness to travel within the region of employment if necessary.
  • Sound knowledge of the local market and existing network of contacts preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Advise potential B2B customers on the advantages of Lucanet software based on qualified leads and outbound activities.
  • Identify prospect needs and develop individual, customized solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from the first pitch to contract conclusion.
  • Work closely with Solution Engineers or the Professional Service team to provide expert advice.
  • Achieve forecasted sales targets and meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Present software solutions at specialist events, trade fairs, and in customer meetings.
