Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Proven track record in sales of B2B SaaS, software, or IT solutions.
- Experience presenting and negotiating up to C-level.
- Fluent Spanish and very good English skills.
- Excellent rhetorical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment with personal responsibility.
- Willingness to travel within the region of employment if necessary.
- Sound knowledge of the local market and existing network of contacts preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
Responsibilities
- Advise potential B2B customers on the advantages of Lucanet software based on qualified leads and outbound activities.
- Identify prospect needs and develop individual, customized solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from the first pitch to contract conclusion.
- Work closely with Solution Engineers or the Professional Service team to provide expert advice.
- Achieve forecasted sales targets and meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Present software solutions at specialist events, trade fairs, and in customer meetings.
