Requirements

  • 2–5 years overall experience in SaaS sales
  • 1–3 years of full-cycle closing experience preferred
  • Proven ability to self-source 50%+ of pipeline
  • Track record of high performance with 100–130%+ quota attainment
  • Experience in Hospitality SaaS, SMB SaaS, or agency sales preferred
  • Strong CRM hygiene and process discipline
  • Demonstrated high drive and competitiveness
  • Strong coachability and curiosity for hospitality market trends
  • Ability to explain key performance metrics without notes

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-velocity SMB sales with a strong focus on outbound lead generation
  • Self-source at least 50% of the sales pipeline
  • Manage 50+ active opportunities simultaneously in a high-activity environment
  • Conduct 30–60 calls per day and drive 30–40 meetings per month
  • Close deals with hospitality buyers such as owners, GMs, and revenue managers
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene and follow disciplined sales processes
  • Contribute to building a strong sales culture and repeatable sales habits as the team scales
