Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Previous experience as a quota-carrying sales representative.
- Strong understanding of or prior experience in endpoint cybersecurity solutions.
- Ability to establish and maintain client and executive-level relationships.
- Ability to qualify leads based on key success metrics.
- Proficient in conducting and leading negotiations for procurement and legal agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts.
- Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders.
- Superb organizational and reporting skills.
- Self-motivation, drive, initiative, and a confident sales approach.
- Prior startup experience is a benefit.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue from multiple lead sources, develop new clients, and sell directly into customers while leveraging our channel community.
- Provide accurate forecast updates and exhibit continuous pipeline growth and deal advancement.
- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct regular client reviews and assess satisfaction levels to propose enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sales processes and client experience.
- Create an overall development plan for success for the territory.
