Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Previous experience as a quota-carrying sales representative.
  • Strong understanding of or prior experience in endpoint cybersecurity solutions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain client and executive-level relationships.
  • Ability to qualify leads based on key success metrics.
  • Proficient in conducting and leading negotiations for procurement and legal agreements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts.
  • Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders.
  • Superb organizational and reporting skills.
  • Self-motivation, drive, initiative, and a confident sales approach.
  • Prior startup experience is a benefit.

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue from multiple lead sources, develop new clients, and sell directly into customers while leveraging our channel community.
  • Provide accurate forecast updates and exhibit continuous pipeline growth and deal advancement.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and assess satisfaction levels to propose enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sales processes and client experience.
  • Create an overall development plan for success for the territory.
