Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the DBQ field with advanced understanding of VA disability processes and rating schedules.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams through supervisors or team leads.
- Demonstrated medical/clinical literacy to serve as a DBQ content accuracy expert.
- Experience managing remote teams and fostering an inclusive, high-performance work environment.
- Experience with the full performance management cycle, including coaching and development.
- Proficiency with training platforms (e.g., Trainual, Spekit).
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with operational reporting, performance dashboards, and metrics tracking.
- Ability to ensure team compliance with PII/PHI safeguarding and data protection protocols.
Responsibilities
- Manage goals, metrics, and daily operations for Generation, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance teams through supervisors and team leads.
- Serve as the primary DBQ Subject Matter Expert, ensuring all training content aligns with VA rating criteria and internal processes.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of all DBQ training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to track output, error trends, and individual performance.
- Execute the full performance management cycle including coaching, reviews, and development plans.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce error rates, and improve knowledge accessibility.
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation, SOPs, and quick-reference guides.
