Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in distribution center, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations leadership.
- Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) relationships and performance.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce fulfillment, retail replenishment, inventory management, and returns processing.
- Proven experience managing service level agreements, operational KPIs, and process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management platforms, and operational reporting tools.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience in high-growth retail, fashion, or omnichannel environments preferred.
- Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily DC operations including inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, returns processing, quality assurance, and retail allocations.
- Ensure all ecommerce and retail orders are fulfilled accurately and within established service level agreements.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between Princess Polly and third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor and manage 3PL performance against SLAs, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving corrective actions.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle count programs and process controls.
- Develop and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and service performance.
- Lead and develop operational teams through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
