Requirements

- 5 years of experience.
- Public trust security clearance.

- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive tasks forward.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support Tier 1–3 services.
- Develop custom applications to extend platform functionality.
- Automate processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure system integrity.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow sustainment and best practices.
