Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of directly relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) and/or Service Bridge.
- Experience with gathering requirements, database design schemas, and data modeling.
- Experience with process and solution integration, workflow design/configuration, and reporting.
- Knowledge of integration components (SSO, LDAP) and web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services).
- Experience with ServiceNow Development APIs and diagnosing performance issues.
- Understanding of enterprise and/or IT Service Management principles.
Responsibilities
- Support the technical design for architecture, ensuring a highly available and recoverable environment.
- Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and technical solutions.
- Develop custom integration components and integrate legacy systems using mid-server and relevant technologies.
- Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for platform operations and the SDLC.
- Promote agile development methodologies.
- Assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution.
- Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services.
- Assist ServiceNow Business Analysts in estimating release level of effort.
