Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow suite of tools (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident, Knowledge Base).
- Proven development skills independent of the ServiceNow platform.
- Demonstrated competency with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, ITIL/ITSM.
- Knowledge of PMP/PRINCE2 practices.
- Experience working on project teams that leverage Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles.
- Experience translating requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Experience working with large data sets and data analysis/modeling.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow.
- Provide architectural input and maintain platform stability by ensuring appropriate design and development standards are followed.
- Work independently and as a technical team member across multiple instances and domains.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work.
- Advise functional and admin teams on design, development, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to develop business and systems requirements.
- Solution and develop enhancements for existing ServiceNow applications.
- Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities.
- Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements.
- Analyze system performance issues and determine enhancements.
