Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, or AA degree with 7 years, or certification with 9+ years in IT QA and Testing.
- 4+ years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer testing large-scale enterprise applications.
- 4+ years of experience with front and backend testing.
- 3+ years of experience testing applications using Angular/React and REST web services.
- 3+ years of experience developing automation code in Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Experience testing modular API-based microservices using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- At least 3 years working as a tester on all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle.
- Experience testing with SQL, relational databases, XML, and JSON.
- Knowledge of cloud-native application services, preferably AWS (EC2, EKS/ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Federal IT projects.
- Must obtain USCIS Trusted Tester certification within 90 days of joining.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and maintain comprehensive test plans for enterprise business applications.
- Lead test management activities as part of the SDLC on large scale complex implementations.
- Perform manual and automated testing using business approved testing libraries for both frontend and backend systems.
- Help lead and execute testing across many concurrent implementation projects.
- Analyze complex business and technical challenges to develop scalable, user-centered solutions.
- Perform end-to-end business process analysis to identify gaps and modernize testing opportunities.
- Represent engineering teams in client engagements, technical demonstrations, and stakeholder presentations.
