Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems in IT environments.
  • Strong background in IT support and end-user technical assistance.
  • Experience with identity and access management processes, including secure provisioning and access control.
  • Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Slack from a security perspective.
  • Experience managing endpoint protection tools, patch management systems, and MDM solutions.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security practices, particularly within AWS environments.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks such as CIS Critical Security Controls and regulations like LGPD and GDPR.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, SAST/DAST tools, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID, including SSO configuration.
  • Strong ability to document procedures, policies, and technical communications in English.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in international environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal users, diagnosing and resolving complex IT and security-related issues.
  • Manage identity and access administration, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and enforcement of least privilege principles.
  • Administer endpoint security tools such as antivirus, patch management systems, and MDM solutions.
  • Maintain secure IT environments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and security frameworks.
  • Support AWS environment administration, including access control, monitoring, and security best practices.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams on risk assessments, audits, and implementation of GRC controls.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of IT and security policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support CI/CD security improvements, including vulnerability remediation and security reviews of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining SSO integrations using authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID.
  • Promote security awareness across the organization and educate employees on best practices and policies.
