Job Details

4+ full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions
4+ years of consulting experience in CRM or enterprise solution delivery
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related CRM versions
Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
Familiarity with data migration and system integration tools and approaches
Strong understanding of Field Service, Sales, or Customer Service modules
Ability to lead business process design and translate requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong documentation, organization, and prioritization capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and occasionally international)

Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations, including configuration, customization, integrations, and enhancements
Collaborate with architects to define solution roadmaps aligned with client industry needs and operational goals
Conduct client workshops, demos, and requirement-gathering sessions to shape solution design
Oversee functional and technical build activities while ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards
Support data migration, system integration, and deployment readiness activities
Develop documentation including design specifications, process flows, and user guides
Provide post-deployment support and ensure smooth system adoption and stabilization
Manage risks, dependencies, and project updates across internal and client teams
Travel to client sites as needed to support delivery and implementation phases
