Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement configuration and customization
- 3+ years of experience building model-driven and canvas applications using Dataverse as a core data source
- Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, solutioning, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- At least 1+ year of experience implementing or supporting Power Pages
- At least 1+ year of experience with Power Automate in enterprise implementations
- Experience working in a consulting environment with strong client-facing responsibilities
- Solid understanding of CRM business processes and functional solution design
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Azure DevOps
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements in collaboration with clients and internal project teams
- Design, configure, and support solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform
- Monitor, triage, and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality case resolution
- Develop and enhance model-driven and canvas applications using Microsoft Power Apps
- Implement and support Power Pages and Power Automate workflows
- Guide clients through system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement cycles
- Manage small-scale change requests and projects using Agile methodologies
- Ensure adherence to established delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices
