Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in training, learning and development, knowledge management, or a related field.
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in training program development and knowledge management best practices.
- Demonstrated experience designing accessible and inclusive learning materials for both virtual and in-person audiences.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data, identify development opportunities, and implement effective training strategies based on measurable outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, mentoring, relationship-building, and change management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and continuous improvement of training programs, onboarding initiatives, and knowledge management processes to support operational excellence and employee success.
- Manage and mentor a team of training specialists while providing leadership to the support desk function, fostering professional development, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance knowledge repositories, training documentation, and learning resources to ensure accurate, accessible, and up-to-date information across the organization.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify learning gaps, and implement targeted training solutions that improve service quality, employee performance, and participant satisfaction.
- Apply instructional design best practices, including the ADDIE methodology, to create engaging and effective learning experiences for both new and existing employees.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives, support organizational change, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Oversee training operations, including performance management, coaching, recruitment support, succession planning, and the successful delivery of departmental goals and strategic initiatives.
