Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record preferred
- Strong motivation for sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional business approach
- Highly organized with strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
- Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and a proactive attitude toward challenges
Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain relationships with merchants and/or borrowers to identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Drive acquisition and conversion targets aligned with business growth objectives
- Engage in outbound and inbound sales activities to promote financing and credit solutions
- Collaborate with internal team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track pipeline activity, and ensure accurate reporting
- Apply strong business acumen to understand customer needs and tailor appropriate solutions
- Maintain high levels of integrity while ensuring clients receive suitable and compliant offerings
- Continuously improve sales performance through coaching, feedback, and self-directed learning
- Operate independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity generation
