Requirements
- 5+ years of success in enterprise sales roles selling SaaS, market research, consumer insights, or data-driven platforms to Director-level and above stakeholders.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual revenue quotas, ideally around $1.2M or higher.
- Strong experience in strategic account mapping, pipeline development, negotiation, and complex deal closing in large enterprise environments.
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives with strong business acumen and executive presence.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value.
- Highly disciplined, organized, and structured approach to managing a full-cycle sales process.
- Demonstrated curiosity, coachability, and adaptability in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong ability to break into new accounts and generate meetings through creative prospecting approaches.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation through to negotiation and closing of new business deals.
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic outreach, social selling, and relationship development.
- Conduct discovery sessions, deliver tailored presentations, run product demonstrations, and engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for penetrating enterprise accounts and closing high-value deals.
- Leverage consultative selling and industry expertise to connect customer challenges with data-driven cultural intelligence solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed an annual new business quota of approximately $1.2M in revenue.
- Develop multi-threaded relationships across complex organizations to drive deal velocity and expansion opportunities.
