Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to learn new systems, technologies, and software quickly.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to four times per year for company events lasting up to two weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for colleagues and guests attending company meetings, conferences, and industry events worldwide.
  • Respond promptly to travel-related questions, resolve issues, and provide guidance on travel policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal business services teams to support the planning and execution of corporate events and travel logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors, ensuring high service standards and effective supplier performance.
  • Review travel invoices for accuracy while managing payments, refunds, credits, and unused ticket tracking.
  • Monitor travel spending, policy compliance, sustainability metrics, and travel trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel credits, airline loyalty points, and operational reporting to support efficient travel management.
