Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical discipline, or a related field.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership when managing operational tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to learn new systems, technologies, and software quickly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to four times per year for company events lasting up to two weeks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for colleagues and guests attending company meetings, conferences, and industry events worldwide.
- Respond promptly to travel-related questions, resolve issues, and provide guidance on travel policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal business services teams to support the planning and execution of corporate events and travel logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors, ensuring high service standards and effective supplier performance.
- Review travel invoices for accuracy while managing payments, refunds, credits, and unused ticket tracking.
- Monitor travel spending, policy compliance, sustainability metrics, and travel trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of travel credits, airline loyalty points, and operational reporting to support efficient travel management.
