Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience in paid media, ideally within B2B SaaS or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, including smart bidding, Performance Max, and value-based optimization.
  • Experience with HubSpot for landing page creation, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Solid knowledge of analytics and tracking tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect platform performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including content, design, product marketing, and sales development.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and video channels.
  • Manage keyword strategy, bidding models, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
  • Develop and test ad copy and creative briefs in collaboration with design teams.
  • Build, optimize, and experiment with landing pages and conversion flows via A/B testing.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance metrics such as MQL, SQL, pipeline, and ROAS.
  • Own budget pacing, forecasting, and spend management across monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Partner with SDR and sales teams to improve funnel conversion and alignment.
  • Maintain tracking and measurement frameworks, addressing privacy and attribution changes.
