Requirements

  • 3–5 years of direct hands-on Google Ads management experience.
  • Proven experience managing $7+ figures in annual US Google Ads spend.
  • Deep fluency in Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaign types.
  • Strong command of Google Analytics 4, Merchant Center, and Google Ads Editor.
  • Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling tools like Triple Whale or Northbeam.
  • Solid literacy in DTC metrics: ROAS, blended CAC, MER, LTV, and customer acquisition splits.
  • Ability to build and maintain reporting dashboards independently.
  • Clear communication skills to distill complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to make data-informed decisions and judgment calls in ambiguous situations.
  • Agency background with multi-client DTC or e-commerce portfolio at scale is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-native formats like Demand Gen and PMax asset testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
  • Optimize high-volume US ad spend with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV efficiency.
  • Execute campaign architecture, including keyword strategy, match type management, and search term analysis.
  • Manage bid strategy and budget pacing to meet growth targets.
  • Lead structured creative and copy testing in partnership with Brand and Creative teams.
  • Develop weekly and monthly performance reports for executive stakeholders.
  • Evaluate AI-native ad surfaces including Performance Max and generative creative tools.
  • Oversee feed management and Merchant Center troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with paid social and SEO teams for full-funnel coverage.
