Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
  • Direct execution experience in paid search (Google Ads required).
  • Experience in affiliate or aggregator channel management.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads UI, Microsoft Ads UI, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong understanding of value-based bidding strategies (target ROAS, target CPA).
  • Experience managing affiliate partner relationships and billing reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of affiliate platforms (Impact, Commission Junction).
  • Solid understanding of UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and pixel-based attribution.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high task volume across multiple brands.
  • Experience with Looker or similar BI dashboards preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day paid search campaign management across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including campaign builds, ad copy trafficking, bid adjustments, and keyword management.
  • Support affiliate and aggregator channel operations, managing creative asset trafficking and partner onboarding for partners like LendingTree and NerdWallet.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily to flag anomalies in conversion rates, CPL, and attribution.
  • Coordinate creative production across channels, maintaining asset libraries and managing campaign refresh cycles.
  • Perform monthly affiliate vendor billing reconciliation and track budget pacing.
  • Ensure accurate UTM parameter governance, pixel tagging, and affiliate tracking integrity.
