Requirements

  • 4–6 years of performance marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated hands-on ownership of paid search (Google Ads required; Microsoft Ads preferred).
  • Experience managing affiliate or aggregator partner relationships.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact or Commission Junction strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical fluency with tools such as Google Analytics 4.
  • Experience with Looker or BI dashboards is a plus.
  • Proven track record with value-based bidding (target ROAS, target CPA) and non-brand keyword expansion.
  • Ability to manage multiple business units simultaneously.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated/high-CPC verticals preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid search campaign strategy and optimization across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Manage affiliate and aggregator partnership performance, including onboarding new partners and commercial optimization of terms.
  • Lead channel-level testing and optimization, including bidding experiments and landing page routing.
  • Monitor daily channel KPIs and detect performance anomalies.
  • Partner with the Analytics team to validate conversion tracking and data accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance analyses and strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Coordinate with BU leads to refresh ad copy and creative assets aligned to channel intent.
