Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta advertising platforms
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts with responsibility for performance and retention
- Strong copywriting ability, particularly for direct-response advertising and scripted video content
- Experience with conversion tracking systems, pixels, and basic marketing automation tools
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance KPIs in lead generation or appointment-setting campaigns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear client insights
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently troubleshoot, optimize, and drive results
- Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable working directly with clients in a high-accountability environment
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and retention
- Lead bi-weekly client performance calls, presenting insights, strategic recommendations, and next steps
- Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports in advance of client meetings to support transparency and accountability
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment setting
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing to consistently meet cost-per-appointment goals
- Write compelling ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences
- Collaborate with creative teams on content development while leveraging AI tools to improve speed and output quality
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking systems, including pixels, conversion events, and CRM or automation integrations
- Identify underperforming campaigns and execute optimization strategies to improve results and efficiency
