Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in executive communications, content strategy, ghostwriting, or digital thought leadership, with significant focus on social platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Proven experience working directly with C-suite executives in high-growth technology, SaaS, or financial services environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating executive-level writing across formats, from concise social posts to long-form strategic content.
  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn content strategy, including audience growth, engagement drivers, and platform dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of AI, fintech, or B2B SaaS ecosystems and the ability to translate complex topics into accessible narratives.
  • Exceptional storytelling and editorial skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas without losing depth or accuracy.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust with senior executives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own executive LinkedIn and social media strategy, creating consistent, high-impact content that builds authority and engagement across key industry topics such as AI, fintech, and enterprise technology.
  • Write, edit, and refine executive content including posts, articles, and long-form thought leadership tailored to distinct leadership voices.
  • Build and maintain executive narrative frameworks that define key themes, positioning, and strategic points of view.
  • Translate business strategy and product direction into clear, compelling executive messaging for customers, investors, and talent audiences.
  • Lead preparation for speaking engagements, including keynote development, panel talking points, and briefing materials for high-stakes events.
  • Support communications for major company milestones such as product launches, leadership announcements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze content performance and audience engagement to continuously optimize messaging effectiveness and reach.
